Millions of people still use microwaves. I understand how difficult it is with our busy schedules to survive without one. But please, take the time to read this before nuking your next meal. Beginning in 1957, until the early 2000’s, Russian forensic teams researched the effects of microwaved food. Here are a few of their observations: · People who ingested microwaved foods showed a statistically higher incidence of stomach and intestinal cancers and a gradual breakdown of the function of the digestive and excretory systems. · Microwaved food causes lymphatic malfunctions causing a decline in the immune system. · Microwaving greatly reduces the nutritional value of food, especially vitamins B, C, and E as well as essential minerals. · Microwaving increases cancer-causing free radicals, and cancerous cells within the blood serum. · Microwaved food meats contain d-nitrosodiethanolamine, a well-known carcinogen. It has been my observation that many people over the years who complain of fatigue often use a microwave. This is easily explained when you understand how microwaved food has much less nutrition in it, causes digestion problems, and wreaks havoc on our electrical fields. Many health practitioners who practice kinesiology agree that eating microwaved food causes a person’s electrical circuits to go out of balance. David Brigman, who has had years of experience as a kinesiologist said “Of all the people I test for allergies, 99.9% so far have shown severe sensitivity to any microwaved food”. Just Use a Microwave for Water? I had a friend who just used her microwave for water until I explained the following: One end of a water molecule is positive and the other end is negative. When water is microwaved, they reverse in polarity – the positive end becomes negative and the negative end becomes positive. This continues back and forth throughout the microwaving, resulting in the molecules being torn apart and structurally deformed. This greatly affects our energy fields by causing the cells to lose their delicate electrical charge. (She got rid of her microwave) Never Microwave Mother’s Milk or Baby Formulas In 1992 researchers at the Stanford University Medical Center discovered that human breast milk, just warmed slightly in a microwave, had 96% of its liposome activity (which inhibits bacterial infections) destroyed. Microwaving baby formulas converts the amino acid L-proline to d-isomer which is poisonous to the nervous system. Weight Loss If you are one of millions of Americans who need (or want) to lose weight, avoid the microwave! Food that has been microwaved has a substantial decrease of lipotropics which are substances that prevent abnormal accumulation of fat. Radiation Always stay a minimum of 3 feet away from the microwave when it is cooking and even for 15 minutes after it has been turned off. Radiation from a microwave affects the entire systems of the body – nervous, hormonal, lymphatic, circulatory, digestive and metabolic.
